Gotta love fabulous combinations! Here’s a little bit of Flashback Friday/Make You Smile Friday mixing, all in honor of my grandpa, who would have turned 69 years old this week, had he not died 9 years ago.
The first picture is one of my very favorites, with my grandpa looking so handsome and obviously Italian. All of the ladies that my grandma worked with were in love with him, and you can definitely see why…
The second one definitely makes ME smile, as it’s pretty wonderous in its 90’s-ness: check the floral dress (that I wore in spring with a sweet demin vest and work boots - just like the sact of 90210), the spiral perm, and the awesomely “Blossom” hat my grandpa has comandeered.
I missed him so much for my graduations (he died at the start of my senior year of high school), I missed him at my wedding, and I miss him every plain-old day.
