this is an admission.

i am wearing these weird devices right now.

i am torn. i think maybe they are kind of putting pressure on the weak arch of my feet

but also they’re doing a dang good job holding my jeans down.

so, over under, i’m giving these 2.9 out of 4 stars

and pointing out that i’m kind of whiny about foot discomfort.

These have been sold by equestrian shops for eons, and are cheap! as well as not so uncomfortable, I believe.  Hooray for utilitarianism!
